After the worst possible run of luck with cars, we came across our beautiful new X1 from PH Automotive who quite frankly saved us! Although the journey to taking the car home wasn’t the quickest due to some work being carried out, which was no fault of the dealership, we were updated every single step of the way. Every question was answered in a very friendly manner, we were never made to feel like an inconvenience and not at any part did we feel any pressure. It’s also reassuring to see the standard of cars they have in stock, they had a great knowledge of the car and compared to a larger dealership, you almost definitely wouldn’t get as personal experience. Luke is one of the most genuine and honest people we have come across and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. His colleague Josh helped us through all the paperwork at the end and again, we couldn’t have asked for any more. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, will absolutely be using them again in the future.
