With a combined 28 years within the premium automotive sector Joshua & Luke have both enjoyed very successful careers working for sports and luxury car brands including McLaren, Ferrari & Jaguar Land Rover in both sales and management roles. PH Automotive was born with a desire to offer a simple purchase process for premium vehicles by removing all the unnecessary obstructions that govern interaction when purchasing a vehicle from a larger automotive retailer.
Where most retailers work to a specific timeframe, PH Automotive was set up with the customers needs in mind which is why we work to an appointment only basis where the customer can visit at a time convenient to them, be it 6am or 10pm we are happy to facilitate the viewing and handover around our customers requirements as well as offering a minimum 6 month warranty as standard with all our vehicles at no cost to the customer for complete peace of mind. We can also offer extended warranties for up to 4 years.
Joshua Hamer - Director
Having spent 10 years working for a Jaguar Land Rover retailer and Ferrari, Josh was able to build a very large client base offering further referral business thanks to a very customer centric attitude and passion to deliver an exemplary service, which has followed onto PH Automotive where many of these clients will only entrust in him to source and dispose of their vehicles. Having won various awards for both customer satisfaction and sales performance Josh set up PH Automotive with Luke with the sole aim of offering a simple purchase process and true after sales care. Josh is married to wife Annabelle and they have a daughter called Isabella and a French bulldog called Alfie.
Luke Pickard - Director
Luke started his motor trade career working for McLaren within the paint & body refinishing department and was assigned solely to the P1 hyper car project, following a successful period with the brand he moved his skill set to property sales in the Middle East, managing a multi-million dollar investment portfolio for wealthy clients, for which he proved very successful, however being a family man he decided he was too far away and moved back to the UK to continue his career within the motor sector. Moving into vehicle sales with a Jaguar Land Rover retailer he soon climbed the ranks moving into sales management and then soon after PH Automotive was born. Luke has 3 children and 2 Dachshunds called Eric & Clive.
Oliver Stone - Sales
Oliver lives in the local town of Banbury and comes to us with a wealth of training in hospitality and customer care thanks to his previous role working for the private members club Soho Farmhouse where he looked after wealthy clients during their visit ensuring all their requirements were attended to. Oliver has a huge passion for cars and customer care making the fit perfect for his role within PH Automotive. In his spare time he regularly visits the gym helping keep a clear mindset, plays football and does anything possible car related. Oliver went to school at the North Oxfordshire Academy, has 2 dachshunds called Jax & Bella and his favourite car is the Ferrari 812 Competizione.
Annabelle Pearson - Marketing & Social Media
Annabelle was born in Reading, Berkshire and spent her childhood in the area but upon completing school she moved onto a career in London for 10 years working for a major banking group where she thrived in the busy city lifestyle however decided to change career when she started her family and also now manages all marketing and social media for PH Automotive. Annabelle shares daughter Isabella and dog Alfie with Josh.
Aaron Conybear - Retail Support
Aaron lives in the local town of Banbury and was referred to us as a huge car enthusiast with an appetite to work within the motor sector. Aaron looks after the day to day operations of our business ensuring all new and existing stock is maintained for our client viewings as well as logistics within our business moving stock and service vehicles between locations. In his spare time Aaron supports Chelsea football club, is an avid car spotter in London and his favourite car is the LaFerrari hypercar.
Ben Molloy - Senior Vehicle Technician
Ben operates our workshop side of the business and has a wealth of experience in premium brands mainly within the Volkswagen Audi Group.
Ben is married with 1 daughter and lives locally to the business and in his spare time he works on his VW Golf GTi MK2 which he is restoring and has the famous Pirelli P Slot alloys. He also owns a BMW S1000 RR motorbike which likes to get out in the sunshine and when it isn't in use, it sits proudly in our customer lounge.
