I have been in the market for a mini JCW for quite some time now and I recently spotted PH automotive's gorgeous 17,000 mile example. I offered details of my vehicle for a part ex and within the hour Luke had already made contact with me on WhatsApp. We arranged to meet two days later which was as agreed !

Upon arrival at the site I was warmly greeted by Luke Josh and Sid who offered drinks and did their best to make me feel at home. The vehicle was moved under cover to allow for viewing out of the rain and I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive at my own pace.

Once we had agreed on a value for the part ex all the paperwork was swiftly completed, hassle free and with a great explanation of how the warranty etc worked.

These guys were friendly and welcoming from the get go, placed no pressure on buying the vehicle at all and are really enthusiastic about their work.

I drove my JCW off within 2 hours of visiting and I cannot recommend PH Automotive enough !

I would recommend for anyone looking for a used vehicle as these guys offer an experience as stress free as they come.

Had an issue with the air con needing to be re-gassed but as soon I contacted them everything was sorted swiftly and at no inconvenience to myself. After searching long and hard for the right Q7, I came across one at PH Automotive which ticked all the boxes.

After a few phones calls with josh, an absolute gentleman, we arranged a viewing. The car was a described, there was no hard sell, no pressure, just left me to it.

If I could give PH a rating it would be 10 stars!!I took delivery of a Bentley Continental V8S on Wednesday of last week and the whole buying experience was exceptional.
